Objectives & Activities
For the benefit of the public to relieve the suffering of German Shepherd dogs in need of care and attention and promote humane behaviour towards German Shepherd's in particular but not exclusively by: A) Providing an advice and support line, to give advice on dog welfare issues. To assist on helping abandoned German Shepherds. B) reduce cruelty or assist with efforts to reduce. C) provide grants for emergency veterinary fees, training and behavourial. D) facilitate rehoming of dogs E) Educate people on welfare of dogs.
Achievements & Performance
Statutory Declaration
The trustees declare that they have complied with their duty to have due regard to the guidance on public benefit published by the commission in exercising their powers or duties.
Summary of the Main Achievements of the Charity for the Year
- We continue to help pay for vet fees, aid in re homing and support the community with our help line. Increased number of phone calls for re - homing dogs. Behavioural issues the main reason for a lot of our work. We have made significant changes to the public with our continuous promotion on 'positive reinforcement training.
