PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY
To advance the christr.an Faith and relieve poverty, through the financial support of the 'Place of
Grace Foundation, in Bangkok, Thailand, which provides local, religious celebrations and teaching,
religious publications and prayer meetings, and relieves poverty through the provision of a Food
Bank and children's activities, including a schooling provision and a safe house.

The Trustees served the charity for the whole year.
FINANCIAL REVIEWAND ACHIEVEMENTOF oBJE￿IVEs
Following the decision of the Place of Grace Foundatt"on, Bangkok to provide schooling in 2021 to a
number of children from the local area in Bangkok, the Place of Grace Foundation has now reached
the maximum number of students. The Charity therefore contt.nued to received donatt.ons from the
friends and churches known by the founders of the Place of Grace Foundation.
In addition, in December 2024, the Place of Grace Foundation, Bangkok decided to raise money for a
replacement minibus which is used by the community as well as the Place of Grace. Money for this
project started to be received into the Charity and accumulated totalling £6,355 at the 5, April 2025.
The money received was sent to the foundation in Thailand after the year end after further
donattons were received.
In total £145 was used in raising awareness of the children needing support at the Place of Grace
Foundation and keeping in contact with the current donors to the Place of Grace Ministries. In total
£145 was used to pay the administration costs of the charity. In total £30,104 was made as grants to
the foundation and payment of school equipment to support the foundation.
The charity has cash at bank of £20,498 at the 5th April 202512024.. £2,917).
The charity has outstanding gift aid refund due from HMRC totalling £16,404 based on donations
received up to 5 April 2025. The charity has no other assets or liabilities at the 5th April 202512024..
£Nill.
The reserves policy for the Charity is that the charity will hold only a maximum of 4 months
donations in the bank, unless it is a special project, which is held until it is required for the project to
start.
All other policies for the Charity are reviewed annually and are up to date.
