PURPOSE OF THE CHARITY
in Bangkok, Thailand, which provides local, religious celebra�ons and teaching, religious publica�ons and prayer mee�ngs, and relieves poverty through the provision of a Food Bank and children's ac�vi�es, including a schooling provision.

FINANCIAL REVIEW AND ACHIEVEMENT OF OBJECTIVES
Following the decision of the Place of Grace Founda�on, Bangkok to provide schooling in 2021 to a number of children from the local area in Bangkok, the Place of Grace Founda�on got permission from the Bangkok authori�es to expand the school further at the beginning of the school year in 2023. The Charity therefore received an increase in dona�ons from the friends and churches known by the founders of the Place of Grace Founda�on.
£100,261 was raised for the safehouse (including brought forward fund of £6,660). In July 2023 the Trustees sent to Thailand £114,686 to allow the Founda�on to purchase the safehouse. This included an es�mate of Gi� Aid to be claimed from HMRC.
In total £186 was used in raising awareness of the children needing support at the Place of Grace Founda�on and keeping in contact with the current donors to the Place of Grace Ministries. In total £795 including bank charges was used to pay the administra�on costs of the charity. In total £150,943 was made as grants to the founda�on and payment for school equipment to support the founda�on.
The charity has cash at bank of £2,917 at the 5th April 2024 (2023: £14,883).
The charity has no other assets or liabili�es at the 5th April 2024 other than awai�ng Gi� Aid claim from HMRC (2023: £Nil)
The reserves policy for the Charity is that the charity will hold only a maximum of 4 months dona�ons in the bank, unless it is a special project, which is held un�l it is required for the project to start.
All other policies for the Charity are reviewed annually and are up to date.
