	Grant licking The Circuit Model Trust Fund contains the funds from the sale of chapels and manses and is restricted by the Methodist Conference. This restriction is an internal regulation though the fund can be used for a variety ofpurposes. The Trustees have drawn up a set ofground rules to ensure that grants made from the Circuit Model Trust Fund are used

Summary ofthe main achievements ofthe charity during the year						In 2020 the Circuit Leadership reviewed its 5year plan and produced a revised Mission Statement. Further work will be required on the Mission Plan in 2023/4 to reflect the reduced number of Ministers and the post- COVID landscape.
						The Circuit Leadership Team has observed the building of numerous		new
						homes within Weston-Super-Mare with interest and has started to work
						on the new Mead Fields Estate The extent ofthis missional activity has
						been severely restricted by the withdrawal of funding for such activities.
						In addition the ability to work in the Estate was delayed by Lockdown
						regulations. Nevertheless, the Circuit Meeting is keen to proceed with
						this work as soon as possible. A Pioneer Worker has been appointed		on
						a part-time basis to reinvigorate this objective.
						The Circuit Leadership Team maintains links with other voluntary and
						charitable organisations that share its values in order to support those			in
						need in the local area and advance the Christian faith.
						In conjunction with the District Safeguarding Officer, the Circuit
						Safeguarding team has planned a range ofsafeguarding training and
						refresher training during the year. Delivery of such training has been
						revised to recognise the inability of members to meet. A package of
						blended learnin is now available.
