- A) Brundibár Arts Festival Ltd is a registered charity no. 1164729 and operates with solely charitable purposes. It is an annual community based music and arts festival based in Newcastle and Gateshead holding a number of separate fundraising events throughout the year. Events during the above financial year consisted of a series of concerts, a children’s opera, masterclasses and educational school workshops. - B) The Company Directors throughout the financial year end 30th June 2022 are the following individuals: 

   - Ms Alexandra Raikhlina 

   - Ms Juliet Lee 

   - Ms Yoshie Kawamura 

- C) Brundibár Arts Festival Ltd makes no donations to any other organisation and has not made any donation to a political organisation or had any expenditure that is in any way political. 

- D) Brundibár Arts Festival Ltd has made no charitable donation to any other organisation. As a registered charity it receives donations that are fully disclosed in our accounts with the Charity Commission. 

- E) Brundibár Arts Festival Ltd is a company Ltd by guarantee and has not acquired any shares during the financial year end 30th June 2022. 

- F) Brundibár Arts Festival Ltd has no employees. All work undertaken by the Board of Directors and Charity Commission Trustees is done on a voluntary basis. Guest artists, musicians, venues and other individuals are paid per individual engagement or service.

accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
('the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination. I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5){b) of the Ad.
Independent The charity's gross income exceeded £25,000 and l am qUalif￿d to
examlner's statsmont undertake the examination by being a qualified member of ACCA.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination whjich gives me
cause to believe that in, any material respect..
