The CIO'S governing document Is Ils Constitutiorl (Foundation Model) dated 4 December 2015. The CIO is regist8red with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under Charity Number 1164705. CHARITABLE OBJECT The objed of the CIO as stated in its Constttijtion is restricted specifi¢alty to the application of CIO funds, at such time or limes and in such a manner, for the public benefit as the charity trustees may in their discretion think fit for any exclusivety charitable objects and purposes in any part of the worfd. APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES Trustees are appointed in accordance with the constitlon of the CIO, a copy of which is held at Ihe CIO'S principal addiess and which may be inspected by appointment. ACTIVITIES The Trustees plan on making charitable grants in aocordance with the CIO'S object. bul none were made during the period covered by these a¢counts. The Tru51ees have had due regard to the Charity Commission's guidan on publsc benefft rn exertising their powers and duties. FINANCJAL REVIEW The CIO is dormant and has not yet Carried out any activities as il is in the prOs$ of opening a bank account. Accordingly, the CIO held no cash at the end of the peTlOd.
