STRUCTURE
The SWIIS Foundation (the CIO) was established on 4 December 2015 as a CharitabFe Incorporated
Organisalion. The CIO'S govémiT¥J document Is Its Constrtution IFound8tion Model) dmted 4
Decetnber 2015. Th8 CIO is registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales under
Charity Number 1164705.
CHARITABLE OBJECT
The object of the CIO as stated in rts Constitution is restric18d sp8cific8lly to thè application of CIO
hthnds, &t such time or times and in such a maFillgr, for the public benefit a5 the charity trustees may in
their discretion think fil for any exclusively charitable objects and purposes in any part of the world.
APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES
Trustees are appointed #i accordan￿ with the Consts"tution of Ihe CIO. a copy of which is held 8t the
CIO'S principal address and which tnay b8 inspected by appointment.
ACTIVITIES
T*￿ Trust88s plan on fflaking charitable grants in a¢cordance with the CIO'S object, but none were
made during the period covered by these accounts. Th8 Trustees havè had due waid to the Charity
Commission's guidance on t)ublic benefit in èxércising th61r powers and duties.
FINANCIAL REVIEW
The CIO is domant and has nol yet carried out any actlvities as it is in the process of opening a bank
account. Accordingly. the CIO held no Cash at the end of the period.
RESERVES POLICY
Glven that the CIO hes remained dorrnanL it had no reserves as at 30 Septernber 2024.
