Activities

SSF transforms lives through the unique power of Shakespeare. Our activities help thousands of young people to improve literacy and develop life skills of empathy, confidence and teamwork.We produce an annual UK-wide youth drama festival at local, professional theatres, providing 6 months' support to teachers and casts. Additional curriculum resources and workshops further increase our reach.

Objects: The Objects Of The Charity (the “objects”) Are:-The Advancement Of Education And The Advancement Of The Arts, Culture And Heritage Primarily But Not Exclusively Through The Promotion And Organisation Of The Acting Of Shakespeare’s Plays By Young People In Schools And Theatres Throughout The UK And Elsewhere, Thereby Developing Those Young Persons’ Self-Confidence And Creativity.
