**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SERVICE BY PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO ITS PERSONNEL, PAST AND PRESENT, AND THEIR DEPENDANTS AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE RELIEF OF NEED AMONGST BENEFICIARIES AND THEIR DEPENDANTS.

**Activities:** The Assist Fund supports those members of the Service, past and present and their dependants, who find themselves in need. Predominantly a grant making charity our vision is that no one in the Assist Fund Family should face adversity alone.  We have recently expanded our objects to support the serving members of the Service more effectively . We operate predominantly in England and Wales
