**Activities:** To establish and maintain a museum for the benefit of the public dedicated to preserving, promoting and displaying in perpetuity the collection of heritage buses, photographs, documents, artefacts and memorabilia of Delaine Buses Ltd of Bourne, Lincolnshire, one of England's oldest independent Bus Operators for the purpose of education, reference, research and general interest.
