2 Minutes of the 17th June 2019 AGM
These were read by all who were present last year and agreed
as a true record, proposed by Chris Eames, seconded by John
Milner. Patti Derry signed the minutes.
3 Matters Arising
None
4 Chairman’s Report

5 Treasurer’s Report

The accounts were accepted unanimously.
Proposed Mike Evans, seconded Chris Eames.
R W noted that 2018-19 Bookings income was £15,000 and as
yet 2019-20 has been £514 but the Hall was stable financially.
The small business grant of £10,000 was a great help. A bank
account for a sink fund has been opened for £5000.
The main source of income at present is Pilates and the
Village precept.
6 Appointment of Auditor for 2020/21
Alan W Scott F.C.M.A. was unanimously accepted. Proposed
Angela Forrest, secondedMike Evans.
7 Motion to change the Constitution of the CIO so that the
Committee is made up of 8elected members and 6 nominated
members.
This was agreed unanimously. Proper was Di Reynolds and
seconder was Richard Warner.
8 Election of Trustees for 2020/21
All Trustees were willing to stand again and a new Trustee,
John Bennett was welcomed.
