are regulaled by ils constitution. The objects of the CIO are. for the public benefil, to
provide supported housing accommodation wth enhanced housing management
services. in order to:
Promote sociol inclusion by preventing in particulor Ibul not exclusivelyl the formerly
homele55 or vulnerably housed inclvding. ex-offenders. those affected by illegal
subslance and alcohol addictions ad people effected by poor mental heollh, from
being socialty excluded.
Relieve the need5 of Ihe formerfy homeless and vvlnerably housed who, as a result
of homelessness. ore suffeftng the effects of unemployment. finoncial hordship. ill
health and disability. assisting them to integrate inlo society and live with dignity and
purpose. through engaging wth a core ond sUppc￿l plan aimed at suslainable
independenl living and enhancing employobility.

The above named have swed dvring the yeor. The Tnjstees are kept infomed of the
activities and performance of the charilable organisotion ond provided with regvlar
manogement infonnalion. The composition of the board is kept under review and
odditionol oppointmenls wtll be made should the need orise. All *ruslees are made aware
of their responsibilities.

There were no changes lo the board of Irl￿fee5 Ihi% year.
Resldents
We have enjoyed full occupancy this financial year and have also seen two of our residents
prepare for fife in their own home. This was achieved shortly atter our financial yeor end
and we wish them success os the￿ new indewnden* life begins.
This year we decided that o new kitchen was in order. so we set about the lask of gelting
some funding for the projecl. After getting quotes and securing half of Ihe funding from our
Partners we decided to move foward with a design that gave our residenls much more
cupboard ond worktop space. Needless lo say, the gvys ore really enjoying this new space.

During the yeor Ihe charity has received donations ond other income amounting lo
£59,852 and has incurred expendilure of £51.332.
Reserves
The Trustees seek to hold adeqvole reserves lo meet three months operating costs
equivolent to about £20.C
Reserves ot 3151 March 2023 totolled: £39.122.
Rlsk Managemenl
The Trustees have reviewed the major risks to which the charity is exposed and have taken
steps to mtligate the polential impacl of Ihese.

The Trustees have considered the guidonce provided by the Charity Commission regarding
