benelit. to provide wpported housing accommodation wth enhanced housing
management services. in order to:
Promote sociol inclusion by preventing in particulor (but not exclusively) the
f¢ymerty homeless or vulnerably housed including. ex-offenders. those effected
by illegal substance ond alcohd oddictions and people effected by poor mental
health. trom being 50ciolly excluded.
Relieve the needs of the formerty homeless and vulnerably housed who. a5 a
result of homelessness, are suffering the effects of unemployment. financial
hardship. ill health and disability. 055iSting them lo integrate into society, living
with dignily and PUfF)ose, Ihrough engaging wttti a care and support plan aimed
at Sustoinable independent living and enhoncing empbyabAify.

The above named have served dvring the year. The Trustees ore kept informed of the
activities and perf(Nmonce of the charitable crfganisotion ond provided with regular
management infofmotK)n. The composition of the board is kept under review ond
additional appoinlmen15 will be made should the need arise. Al Irustees ore mode

for various reoson. and for this reason Ihe charity h05 run without the monogement
group during this yeor.

Two residents moved into their own oportments thss year. These moves were
supported by the stoff at The [￿elling Place. Fumitlffe was sourced for each resident
so that their homes would be equipped ond comfortable on day one and new
cooker5 were supplied to each resident. gifted by The Salvation Amiy in Basingstoke.
Interim support continued fcff each resident lo ensufe a smooth transitK)n into
independent living.
Another Iwo residents olso secured full time employment wth one of them moving
out into private shared accommodatbon.
We hope to continue to offer supported occommodation in the coming year with
the aim of seeing our re￿dentS move on to live independently in the future.
