31,870| |---|---|---| 7 ## 1[ST] JULY 2021 **Financial Year Ended 30 June 2021** **Independent Examiner’s Report to the Trustees** **I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of Manchester Youth Academy Ltd for the year ended 30 June 2021.** **Responsibilities and Basis of Report** **As the charity’s trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011.** **My examination was carried out in accordance with section 145 of the Act and the relevant Charity Commission Directions.** **Independent Examiner’s Statement** **In the course of my examination, no material matters have come to my attention which gives me cause to believe that, in any material respect:** - **the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of** **the Act; or** - **the accounts do not accord with the accounting records; or** - **the accounts fail to comply with the requirements of the Act and** **Regulations.** **No matters have come to my attention to which attention should be drawn for a proper understanding of the accounts.** **HUSSAIN NURBHAI DIRECTOR ICPA- NUR010**
