I reptsrt to the charlty twstees on my examlnation of the accounts of The Kemach Foundation (the Trust) for the year
ended 28 February 2023.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity tru5tee5 Of the Trust you are respon￿ble for the prepara￿On of the account5 in accordance wÉth the
requirements of the Charities Art 20111'the Act,).
I report in resFeCt of my examination of the Tru5Vs accounts carried out under Section 145 of the Act and in carrying out
my examination I have followed all appliCa￿e DireLtions given by the Charity Comrni55ion under Secbon 14515)(b) of the
Act.
Independent examlner's Statement
Since your charity's gross income exceeded £250,000 your examiner must be a member of a listed LW. I can confirm
that I am qualified to undertake the eXaMinat￿n because E am a rnember of the **ERROR_ relevant professional body
must be completed**, which is one of the listed LK)dies.
I havè complèted my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attentlon In conrwtion with the
e%aminaUon giving me cause to believe that in any material respert..
accounting records were not kept in respect of the Trust as required by Section 130 of the Act- or
the accounts do not accord with those records,. or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requlrements concernlng the form and content of accounts set
out in the Charitie5 (Account5 and Reports) Regulatlons 20011 other than any requirement that the account5 give
a true and fair view which is not a matter consldered as part of an Independent exam1r1at￿n.
I have no COn￿rn5 and have come across no other matters In eonnectlon with the eXamIna￿on to which attention should
be drawn in thi5 repDrt in order to enable a proper undeistanding of the accounts to reached.
