L report to the charity trustees on my examination of the accounts of The Kernach Foundation (the Trust) for the period
l April 2021 to 28 February 2022.

As the charSty trustees ol the Trust you are responslble for the p￿ParatIon of the accounts in accordance with the
requirernents of the Charities Act 20111'the Act'l.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my
examination I have followed all applicable Direction5 given by the Charity Corntni5sion under 5￿tIOn 145151(bl of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
Since your charity'5 gr055 Incorne exceeded £250,000 your examiner must be a memberof a listed body. I can confirm that
I am qualifled to undertake the examlnatlon because l am a reglstsred rnemter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of England and Wales which is one of the listed bodies.
I have completed rny examination. I confirrr that no material tnatters have come to my attentlon in connection with the
examinètion giving me cause to believe that In any material respett..
accounting records were not kept In respect ol the Trust as required by sectK)n 130 01 the Act; or
the accounts do not accord with those record5,' or
the accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements concernlng the form and content of accounts Set out
in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a true
and lair view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examlnatlon.
I have no concems and have come across no other matters in connection with the exatninatlon to whlch attention should
be drawn In thls report In order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
