The Trust recwved the EndO￿Tr1ent Fund of £1,375,938 on 4 Fgbruary 2016. A the start of the finwciob JBar
in April 2017 (14 months later), Ihe VdUali￿ was £1.659.017.
On 31 March 2026 the F￿d was vak￿d at £2.112.853. c(¥npared to a309.770 on 31 March 2025.
In ther investment report, our invesknent ajwsors {CCLA) fryecast the annual incom8 the Trust coukl expect
for Ihe year would be c￿a £67.8CK). This was suffM>ent to fund the Sp￿ts Park's core operating grant, a
Small Grants programrne and the Trusfs cperating 8xpwses in ts star.

completi(￿ of the merger betsveen CCLA and Jivier Investment Managemenl Group n February 2026.

The Trust made grants to Merrden Park t<*akng £67,129 1(ff ￿tyre operdling a>sts in 2025126. The cA)re
operating grant was paid to MSP through the Jvr. recogntsing the ctsitinuing costs of grounds Main￿￿Ce,
s8￿rity ¢t¢. for the SF<ffts Pwk.
It is Ilkely that a SIn￿ar fyure. tHJt Ihe Impact ￿ wfftali￿. the core operating grant for 2026127
11 be agreed at least initially. This V+ill be confirmed follo*V￿ rthiew and aprxoval of the MSP business plan

During the ￿ar, Meriden P8rish Councd sd art pkn to assume responsitilty for ￿ operatiw of the SKK%ts
Park from Meriden SF4yts Park Ltd. A5 of the di$￿$S1On5. the Trust received assurances from the Parish
Council they had both the expeiti$e resources to operate the Sw)rts Pa¥k over the 5onger tenn and on
this basis the Trust resc4ved to continue SUFwtsng the Sports Park in the the parish as a vknole.
Subsequenuy. the Directors of Merlden Sports Pp4k Ltd ¢fAffirmed th•f 4nknti￿ to cjose the company. As 8
result, Meriden Pthsh CcAJncd assumed 0￿ratic￿la1 contrc4 of the SFKJrts Park with effert from 1 April 2026.
The approved bLbJget for 2026r27 has increased sigr4ficanlly. wimarity as a res￿￿ of replacing voluntary
support previously provided by the DirectoTr of Meriden Sports Park Ltd Tthith contra¢t8d s8rwces, tog8ther
the impact of InfiatiC￿ and Ihe planned delivery of new act[￿DeS V￿thIn the C￿nCal Business Plan. The
