IN THEIR NAME Trustees Annual Return. 2025.
Trustees Report: Chief Angus Chukwuemeka and Professor Philip Rudland.
Since the recorded resignation of Trustee Carl Wood in 2020 there has been no activity within the In Their Name charity.
Annual Accounts have been recorded showing £0.00, a nil return.
UPDATE REPORT
A meeting of the Trustees was held on 01.07.2025 whereby relevance and required evolution of In Their Name was discussed.
During which time the Trustees were presented with an opportunity to collaborate with Med.TV of Malta, Neotech Solutions of Serbia and EU Marketing Solutions a U.K. registered company.
The opportunity would centre around In Their Name overseeing best practice and administration of ‘The Mediterranean Lifestyle Draw’. Becoming the draws Charitable Administration Partner.
After strict due diligence process, the Trustee’s reviewed the opportunity, value and security of the proposal and were satisfied that the charity could proceed. The following criteria is itemized for the Charity Commissions record:
• A one-year, legally recognized proposal contract was reviewed by the Trustees, who accepted the content and disclosed that importantly, no responsibility or liability was linked to In Their Name charity.
• There are no directives from the Mediterranean Lifestyle Draw, consequently, the original aspirations and objectives of the charity will be retained with no compromise.
• The Mediterranean Lifestyle Draw is a no cash - ‘prize’ draw and meets with the requirements of charitable fundraising and the Gambling Act of 2005.
• The draw is solely for charitable purposes, which are run through Neotech and Med.TV. Research into both these companies was satisfactory.
- The primary charitable beneficiary of the draw would be: The Special Olympics.
• Involvement in the proposition would secure In Their Name a monthly income. The income amount to-be determined in due course, as will be the launch date. Received income to benefit our proposed targets.
• It was agreed that the opportunity to finally achieve some of our fundraising objectives could be reached through this partnership and the opportunities this partnership may deliver.
