## **ANNUAL REPORT OF TRUSTEES 2021** 

## **Activities** 

## **1. Trustees** 

The Trustees met three times  in 2021 

## **2. Street Pastors** 

It was generally agreed that there were insufficient numbers of Pastors to continue and Street Pastors should be “moth-balled”. 

## **2. School Pastors** 

Owing to the pandemic, the School pastors have been unable to operate all year.  Four trustees met with the Head Teacher to discuss a way forward but West Somerset College has not felt able to welcome on to the premises any people other than essential staff.  The offer to meet students via Zoom was not taken up. 

The traumatic death of an IT teacher at his home led to a request for some School Pastor support which was readily given.  The local Vicar offered a Memorial Service. 

A gesture of care was the supply of tins of biscuits and Christmas cards for the staff at Christmas. 

## **Finances** 

With a balance of around £9,000 our finances are healthy and we have not felt the need to ask our supporting churches for further grant.  However our fees to Ascension Trust, the bank and others of £841 are high considering we are doing nothing!
