I report on the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2020.
The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year (under section 43(2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act).
The charity’s trustees acknowledge their responsibilities to keep accounting records in accordance with the Act; and to prepare accounts which comply with the accounting requirement of the Act.
In accordance with your instruction, I have complied the accounts in order to assist you to fulfil your statutory responsibilities, from the accounting records and information supplied to me.

The trustees present their report and no audited financial statements of the Charity for the year ended 31 December 2020.
## **PRINCIPAL ACTIVITY**
The principal activity of the Charity during the year was Teaching and Preaching the Word of God.
## **FINANCIAL STATEMENTS**
The trustees acknowledge their responsibilities for:
(i) Ensuring that the Charity keeps proper accounting records in accordance with the Charity Act, and
(ii) Preparing accounts which give true and fair view of the state of affairs of the Charity in accordance with the requirements of the Charity Act relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the Charity.
This report and these financial statements were approved by the trustees on 25 September 2021
