On Sunday mornings we have preached
through the following series.. 2
Corinthians. Philemon, Habakkuk,
James, Haggai and 1 Peter.
We continued monthly afternoon studies
looking at"A survey of church history.
which due to restnctions have had to be
a mix of in person and online.
For the first half of the year we relied on
pre-recorded songs and sang in the car
park. Since then we have enjoyed live
music in the chapel.
In May, we relaunched our Sunday
children's ministry <Jigsaw> in the
chapel. Teaching has been based
around the "Go teach" books looking at
the gospels, Noah, Abraham and
Moses.
At the start of the year, mid-week Bible
studies continued either meeting
together or separately at home. From
April to June we held the studies in the
form of a 'Mid-week service, and
increased the frequency from fortnightly
to weekly. From June we have
continued to meet weekly for Bible study
(Wednesday evening and repeated now
on Thursday morning). In 2021, we
have studied Matthew's gospel, John's
letters, Jude and Hebrews.
In addition to our regular events, we
watched the"American Gospel- Christ
crucified" teaching documentary in
March, tuned in to watch Paul Mallard
preaching from Philippians at the
Keswick Convention in July, and held an
evening with Igal Vender (IMJP
missionary in Tel Aviv) in October.
Until July, we continued the monthly
Gospel Services in the form of a short
evangelistic video which has been aired
on YouTube and Facebook. Since then
we've held Sunday afternoon Gospel
services at the village school and we
have also branched out to Charlesworth
Park, Café Jericho (Gamesley) and
Norfolk Square {Glossop).
This year we have continued delivery of
our own leaflets advertising the gospel
service and with a summary of a
previous gospel service message. We

each month to homes in Chailesworth
and surrounding areas.
Apart from a handful of weeks when we
have been allowed in the school, we
have continued to send Lunchtime Bible
Club material to all the children at
Charlesworth School via e-mail each
week. We have also been able to give a
copy of"The mystery of the empty
tomb" and 'The King and the Shepherd
Boy. books to all the children at the
school at Easter and Christmas
respectively.
In July, we started monthly outreach in
Norfolk Square (Glossop}. We hand out
tracts and New Testaments and try to
engage people in Christ-focussed
conversation.
The number of famiing shows this year
was greatly depleted but praise God,
some from the fellowship were able to
reach out with Farming Christian Link at
the Royal Lancs, Penistone and Honley
shows.
We have had to adapt our church prayer
life this year due to restrictions. This has
involved praying at home or outside the
chapel. From June, our weekly Tuesday
morning meetings were back to normal,
although these have now been moved
to Thursday.
To increase Bible study and prayer, we
have repla￿d the fortnightly
Wednesday evening prayer meetings
with Bible studies and in June we
launched weekly Sunday prayer and
praise evenings.
We held 3 weeks of prayer this year in
January, May and September.

Over the last 12 months, as well as our
normal annual giving, we have given
financial donations to Tanzania UK Trust
towards buying a much needed car,
Keswick ministries, IMJP'S ministry in
Tel Aviv and to Narrowgate {Manchester
City Mission's work with the homeless).
We have also collected tins to support
the work of Café Jericho {Gamesley).
We were able to send 11 shoeboxes via
Operation Christmas Child this year and
we continue to support our two
Compassion children Briggit and Amol
through prayer, finan￿ and
corresponden￿.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **DD / MM / YYYY** 31/12/2021 . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”) . 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable  Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination.
