## **Isle of Wight Learning Zone Treasurers Report**

The total income for this period was £16874.91, which included £1440 of membership subs; £1840.93 of donations; £2795.50 of event contributions, including the weekly Learning Zone Hub; £798.48 from fundraising; and £10350 of Grant Income.
The fundraising included a Christmas and Summer Fayre held at Ventnor Cricket Club.
£10000 of the grant income was received from Connect4Communities to provide a weekly free Hub, hot meals, food shopping vouchers and an emergency white goods fund to our members to be used over the winter and spring period.
The other £350 of Grant money came from the Sandown Carnival fund.
The total expenditure for this period was £4993.68 which included £99 of expenditure on insurance and £4994.68 on events, including venue hire for the hub. The events incurring expenditure included:
- Unravelled Learning
- Art workshops
- Learning Zone planning party
- Christmas Party
- Sandown Carnival group entry
As at the 30[th] September 2022 the combined balance within the Lloyds Bank account and Petty Cash held totalled £18497.41.
