## n.b. 

- The maintenance costs include £50,000 for the replacement of the roof, this is a result of storm damage as well as general wear and tear.  The final cost is yet to be finalized. 

- £4,250 of this total has yet to be paid. 

- There are also costs to be incurred for the repairs and decorating to the ceiling and the replacement of carpets to all areas of the church. 

- * There is a total of £7,352 of expenses paid out of the cash float, which is not included in the 2024 total.
