The FOHC is run on a day to day basis by a Management Committee elected at the initial meeting and re-elected at the AGM.

All members of the Management Committee and all Trustees give their time on a voluntary basis and receive no remuneration or other benefits.
Objectives and Activities
- To advance the Christian religion for the benefit of the public by:
Raising funds towards the cost of any repairs or restoration required to the fabric or structure of the parish church of Holy Cross Church Ramsbury and,
Organising and encouraging the provision of voluntary labour to carry out repairs and maintenance to the church and churchyard, or taking part in related fund raising activities

The activities of the Charity during the course of the period of report were to promote membership of the Charity and to raise funds to meet the Objects

In order to fulfil the above objectives several fund raising activities were planned and executed to raise money to maintain and improve the structure of the Trust Property.

A huge contribution is made by the Management Committee and other voluntary helpers and we are very grateful for the many hours that they have put in for the benefit of the Charity

All monies raised were used to repair and maintain the structure and any surplus is invested in a Bank Account
Summary of the Main Achievements of the Charity during the period of report
The Charity assisted with a large grant towards the cost of repairing damage to the Chancel ceiling.
During the period of report the membership of the charity grew to just over 500 people.
Brief statement of the Charity’s policy on reserves
All cash held at the CAF Bank is in an unrestricted fund.
Future Plans
Future projects include the re-gilding of the clock and weathervane. The Trustees also wish to improve the lighting inside the Church for any performers and also the lighting immediately outside the South Porch.
