Charity's Objects
The object of the charty is lo enhance the development and education of chiklren under stslutory school age
by encoLJragin9 pa￿nIS lo understsnd and provide for the needs of children through community groups.
Activities and Review of the year
The charty's main a¢bv￿.es during the year were the provision of c8Te and edu¢81ion for pre-school children
giving a broad range of leaming a¢tivibes for personal development and transrtion inlf) school. It aims lo further
the professional development of the trained $tsff and wel￿meS parent$ and ¢arers into the setting.
On 1 September 2016, all assets were transfeThed from Bishops Tachbrook Prevschool Nursery Icharily number
10330161 lo this CIO of the same name.
Re¢ruilment of trust
New trustees are appointed based on their character, experience and suitability for trusteeship of the charity.

The board has established a policy of maintsining sufficient unrestn'cled funds in case of contingen¢ie$. AS at
31 August 2024, the charity's funds were £118,58412023 £132,056).
The trustees have a55essed the major risks lo which the charity 15 exposed and are satis￿d that systems are
in place to m((igote our exposure to the major risks.
Publ1¢ Benefit
The Trustees have applied the guidance from The Charities Commission relating lo the Public benefit. Public
benefit is inherent in the objects of the chanty.
Investment Policy
The investment policy is set by the board, taking account of the demand on frjnds. The overall policy is for low
risk investment with maximum return.
Financial Review
The charity have made a deficrt this year due to lower nursery numbers. The trustees have reviewed and
considered the financial impact of the charty and have conduded that they currently have sufficient reserves lo
enable the charity lo continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future.

2024 which are set out on pages 4 to 6.

As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in ac¢ordance with the
requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Acti.
I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in
carrying out rny examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under

Accounting Policies
The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis. The accounts comply
with Section 144 of the Charities Act 2011.
The trustees confirm, in accordance with the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Generall
Regulations 2012, that al the year end the CIO not have any outstanding guarantees lo
third parties nor any debts secured on assets of the CIO.
On 1 September 2016. all assets were transferred from Bishops Tachbrook Prevschool
Nursery Icharity number 10330161 lo this CIO of the same name.
Lease commitment
The Charity entered into a 15 year lease wrth Bishops Tachbrook Church of England
(Voluntary Conlrolled) Primary School in 2016.
Transactions with trustèès
During the year, Mrs C Mann was paid £8,058 {2023 £7.8411 for accountancy services. No
other Iruslee received expenses or remuneration during the year.
