A big thanks to Gena Smith i%ho took on the ovcrsight of this 5ervic¢, ably assisted by Anita Potter and the cler8y. Fe5tiV¥413 in 2022 EASTER - we met at Thursday Church for Maundy Thursday Service and had a powerful Good Friday with a family hour in the morning and Conternporary Good Friday evening Service wilh the community ¢hoir, voice overs, spoken word and worship. Then, what a wonderful celebration on Easier da> in the Garden at our Good Shepherd L￿atIon where we Sa￿ nearly 200. many from th¢ community come to celebrdte and join in the Ea51er Egg hunt and ¢¢l¢braiionsl!l! CHRISTMAS WBS packed full of activities.. The main idea was a COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS and we saw nearly 300 hampers. toys for ¢hildren atkd bags of hop¢ given ¢0 m¢mbers of o¥r community at our Cornmunity Carol service and Foodbank events- it was wonderful to have 50 man}. involw¢d in helpin8 to pull this off and to 8ive parcels to foodbank 8uests. women's refuge, ￿¢ leavers, young p¢ople at]d many more. We saw many come to our carol services and it wa5 wonderful io se¢ visiiors and community folks joinin8 us. The second Carol service at St Pauls Localion followed a show'in8 of the world cup final aRd our archdeacon Richard Frdnk brought us a wonderful Christmas message. chri￿1￿3$ Eve nativity, wnidpight and Christmas day We￿ wonderful celebrations as well as kids. outh and Good Company Christmas celebrations.
