Our activities thmughout the yedr have fulfilled tlw objectivcs through:
CHURCH ACTIVITtES..
The Church meets every week for the Sunday celebrntion. I￿rnIn￿. God's Word fellowship, both
physically and yirtually. The Church kept the Live service on Social Media platfomi to serve people
who are unable to travel to the place of wotsl)ip. The people ¢ontsnuc to gathcr in Small Groups in
different locations in the UK dwing the week for Bible study. prayer and encouragement. Some
groups meet ort Meswnger or Ztsi)m. These weekly meettngs provAde oppottunities for people in
similar 88¢ groups and int¢r¢$ts to iK tog¢th¢r for f¢llowship and learning ihe Scriptures which are led
by trained leaders.
The Chureb also has regu18r leadership trainiftES. s¢minars. mcntoring and fellowship for leaders and
volunteers.

The week]y meetings and activities f￿ different age groups such as Me￿ women? youth and Chil(tren
continued all yearround ￿￿th physically and virtually.
Thc wrekly visitation and song service in a residential home continu&q. Tr s¢Thi¢e is open to all
residents. slaffs and vi5lting family Jn¢mb¢rs. Anyone who are willing to join welcorne. The
Church delivered Christsnas presents for all the residents and staffs Ecforc Christmas F.vG and wcre
distributed on Chrtsknas Day. Everybody were excited and grnteful to T¢c¢ivcd theirpr¢scnts. Thc
Churth a150 provide spiritual and moral supwrt tI￿oU8￿praYer and counselling to the residents and
staff as needed.
The Church continued to give &8SiStance to th¢ n¢¢dy individuals and families in the Community who
eeded some help with their essential needs, helping them in their spiritual and mental needs through
visitation. prayers, pastofdl Care, ¢ouTrgellin& and introduced them to iheir support groups for
¢ontinues care.
Thc Church organised a three day Family Camp in July, whiGh w&8 Op￿￿d to famili¢s and fri¢nds
outsiik the church wly) would wallt to join. Trre was a good turn up. Everyone had a great time.
including visitors Mtho enjoyed the foods, activities and ftllowships. It was fun and a wonderful time
Éo know each other and FK)nd together as God's family.
YOUTH WORK..
The Children's Sunday School ¢ontinue to grow nUmen￿llY and spiritually. The children meet
regularly every Sunday for Bible sloriesy games and crafts. and they meet in ihe park or in a house on
Saturdays to do some other fun and cducataonal activities with their friends and their parents. They
were encouraged io bring their friends along with them.
The Youth meetings were mostly don¢ on Sundays after the worship service because most of them
were busy with their studies during th¢ wc¢k. They gathered together for a chat and fellowship while
they wer¢ having food iogether with their leaders. Volunteers helped and ¢nwurdged th¢ young people
to engaged in ronvffsation5. di5￿$s1On5 artd activities during their weekly meetings. They were
traincd and encouraged to get involved in media. music. hospitality and ehildren's ministry. The
Church trovides inforniation and prn¢ti¢al h¢lp for them to be mentally> physicallyy socia]ly and
5PiTitually healthy.

the pastor every morning. and Tuesday night Prdyer Mccting for the Church to pray for the nations-
pTaying for national and local leaders. praying for Fra￿. justice. order and safety in our streety cities,
and some other concerns around the world. PrayuB wer¢ 81so offer¢d for indlviduals. familics and
thciT specific needs. Thgse prayergatherings brought joy and spiritual strength to th¢ pcoplc knoiwing
that SoMeb￿Y c&res about them 2nd their con¢¢rns. Bccause these meetings ar¢ virtual somc
from other countries also join.
The Church also provide supports lo th¢ less forMnat¢ in the community by giving in-kind donations
to indiyiduajs and households, and contributing to other established chaTtti¢s who are already helping
the poor and vulnerable in some parts of the UK and other countries. Mor¢ovcr. thc Church has
contributed fthancially for the peoplc who ar¢ in war-torn counllies and to ¢ommunilies who were
victims oFnatUT41 dÉsastWs. The Churcb continue giye financial support to the poor children in India
through anothtt UK charity. Before the end of the year, thc Church sent 6 boxes of donated essential
goods and clothing for the poor families in Naguillan, La Union. Philippines and distributed by a local
church during Christmas timc.

Rcserves Pollcy
The organisation has set up a building fund with the view to purchasing its own propety tn the fthure.
At 31 Dcccmbcr 2023 there was free unrestrlcied res¢rv¢s of £63,600 and this will be used to support
the charity's fi￿1¢ activities.
Revieiy of Major Risks
The major risk facing the organisation is red￿ed congregation.
The trustees have a duty to id¢ntify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed to ensure
appropriale controls are in place to provide reasonable assurancc against fcaud and ermr. This is
constantly monitored artd reviewcd.
Plans for the Future
Abundant Grace Ministy aims to fulfd its vision of National Transforniation by
bringing the living hope and thc light of Jesus Christ to our communities one
person at a tim¢.
We are g¢n¢rating more fimds to fmance the expansion of the Church, rninisty in
the UK and beyond. We plan to broaden the Equipping strat¢gy of thc church to
train more volullt¢¢rs and work¢TS to help in thc growing needs of the ministy.

We plan to seek for other ways to increase the Church, building fimds to be able to
buy a property as a house of worship and a communal plac¢ for the community -
offcring children's nursery, a family worship centre, a sports ground for all age
groups, and a plac¢ of rcfugc for the homelcss, th¢ underprivileged and the
refugees.
