**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE:-(A) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN THE RECREATION GROUND AND SPORTS FACILITIES ON LAND KNOWN AS BASLOW SPORTS FIELD IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS IN PARTICULAR BY IMPROVING THEIR PHYSICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING. (B) TO FURTHER ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL INHABITANTS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME. THE PRINCIPAL SITE AND BUILDINGS KNOWN AS BASLOW SPORTS FIELD SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST FOR USE FOR THE SAID OBJECTS. IN THIS CONSTITUTION THE EXPRESSION "LOCAL" SHALL MEAN BASLOW AND THE AREA WITHIN TEN MILES THERE FROM. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008]
