Election of Officers and Resolutions** After discussions, the following officers were elected. 1. **Dr Trevor Trueman** was re-elected as Chair. 2. **Mr. Abdulwasi Ahmed** was re-elected as Treasurer. 3. **Mr. Mirkana Abdata** was re-elected as Secretary. 4. **Mr. Abebe Iticha** was re-elected as a Trustee. ## **3. Financial Report** The financial report for the year was presented, discussed, and unanimously approved by the members. The meeting also agreed to enhance the financial position of the OSG through personal financial contributions by trustees and by seeking help from the wider community. ## **End of Meeting:** 21:00 The Annual General Meeting for the upcoming year is scheduled for 28th June 2026.
