## **1. Performance Review of the Organization**
The organization has been commended for its exceptional research, reporting, and advocacy on human rights issues in Ethiopia. OSG has continued to raise awareness on human rights violations through various speeches and presentations. It has published detailed and objective reports based on empirical data, including photographic evidence. Periodic press releases have also been issued on related topics.
Key reports published during the year include:

During the meeting, Dr. Trevor Trueman, Chair of OSG, was recognized for his outstanding contributions, including preparing the above reports and leading advocacy efforts. He was honored by the Oromo Studies Association for his significant work.
Attendees emphasized the need for increased efforts in the coming year to continue the organization’s vital work.
## **2. Election of Officers and Resolutions**
After discussions, the following officers were elected:
1. **Dr. Trevor Trueman** was re-elected as Chair.
2. **Mr. Abdulwasi Ahmed** was elected as Secretary.
3. **Mr. Abebe Iticha** was re-elected as a Trustee.
4. **Mr. Mirkana Abdata** was elected as Treasurer.
## **3. Financial Report**
The financial report for the year was presented, discussed, and unanimously approved by the members.
Additionally, it was resolved that all trustees would work diligently to enhance the
organization's capabilities in data collection, research, reporting, and awareness-raising
