To advance the education of the public in the art of dance. To hold and promote an annual competitive festival and to present and promote public performances. We promote competitive dancing in a safe and friendly environment allowing individuals and groups alike to showcase their talents regardless of age and ability. We are affiliated to the British & International Federation of Festivals.
Objects: The Charity’s Objects (‘the Objects’) Are To Advance The Education Of The Public In The Art Of Dance And In Furtherance Of This Purpose, But Not Otherwise, The Charity May:a) Hold And Promote An Annual Dance Festival In Devon Which Involves The Presentation Of Public Performances And Adjudication Of Those Performancesb) Promote Competitive Dancing In A Safe And Friendly Environment Allowing Individuals And Groups Alike To Showcase Their Talents Regardless Of Age And Abilityc) Provide Dance Classes
