**Objects:** THE RELIEF OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS OF LGBT PERSONS AND PERSONS IN THE WIDER COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING AND SUPPORTTO PROVIDE TRAINING TO COUNSELLORS AND OTHER RELEVANT ORGANISATIONS AROUND TOPICS OF LGBT AND OTHER GENDER AND SEXUAL DIVERSITIES (GSD).

**Activities:** Timeout is based in Coventry and offers free and low-cost counselling.Our counsellors have experience in many areas of need ? gender identity, sexuality, anxiety, bereavement, hurts from the past, low self-esteem, depression, marriage difficulties and so forth. Counsellors are all trained or are currently in training and are registered with a counselling-accreditation body such as BACP or UKCP.
