Cranborne Chase Landscape Trust
Annual Report 2021 – 2022
-
1.1 Face to face contacts and external meetings remained limited during the first quarter. However, we resumed ‘in-person’ Board Meetings with meetings held on 10 June 2021, 13 October 2021 and 8 February 2022.
-
1.2 We continued to support the wider HLF Landscape Partnership Scheme (LPS) and became active in the Wonderful Woodlands Project. We considered the Government’s Response to the Landscapes Review and agreed to make a small contribution towards the Chilmark Information Board (promoting the AONB and local history) which is to be sited in the local churchyard (this contribution has yet to be paid pending design and production of the Information Board).
-
1.3 We commissioned work to update and refresh the CCLT website at a cost of just over £600.
-
1.4 We also transferred £11,000 to the LPS via Wiltshire Council, £10,000 of which was an earlier contribution from the Ernest Cook Trust.
