Overall management of the Charity is the responsibility of the Trustees. 

## **Charitable Objects** 

To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals in Retford who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social and economic circumstances or for the public at large with the object of improving their conditions of life, by the provision of access to non-worship space in St Swithuns Church, Retford. 

## **Summary of Activity** 

There was no activity during the year, except for the holding of the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 20th January 2022. 

The reason for the inactivity of the Trust was the continuing interregnum at St. Swithun’s Church and associated uncertainty about the future. 

There was no financial activity whatsoever during the financial year. The total assets of the Trust remained at £100, held in the Nat West Bank. 

The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is not needed.
