field assistants on SEARRP’s long-term
environmental monitoring programmes

Resumption of university field courses and
other student training programmes to pre-
pandemic levels

Continued development of plans to
establish a SEARRP Training Centre – with
an initial focus on biodiversity management
and monitoring

Implementation of staff training programme
on recognising and reporting harassment in
the workplace
