The trustees confirm that they have compiled with their duty lo have due regard to guidance
on public benefit published by the Commission in exercising their powers.

The Charity aims to benefit the local community, especially children. young people, Ihe elderly
and people of a particular ethnic or r8cial origin.

To raise funds by accepling donations and passing these donations lo people in
needs in Countries Palestine, Gambia, Yemen and Somalia.
Explanation of the strategies for achieving objectives
The Charity's strategy is to provide assistance lo people in needs in various countries around
the world by accepting donations from member of publics.
The Charities Voluntary Board of members is selected every year by election in the Annual
General Meeting has worked hard with limited resources to try to achieve the above
objectives and has been successful with many of them.

Help people in Palestinian with food aids.
Other donations given to people in Bangladesh for water projects and people in Yemen
with lood assistance.
4- Structure, Governance & Management:
Natur8 of the Governing Document and constitution of the Charity
The charity is constituted as a Company limited by guarantee and is therefore governed by a
memorandum and articles of association. The directors of the company are also trustees of
the charity. Eligibility for membership of the charity and membership of the board of trustees
is governed by the memorandum and articles of association. There are no reslriclions in the
governing document on the operation of the charity or on its investment powers, other than
those imposed by general charity law.
Methods adopted for the recruitment and appointments of new truslees
The trustees are recruited from volunteers. They are selected during Ihe Annual General
Meeting and expected lo have good eye over the Charity aGlivities and financial affairs and
are highly respected in the community.
The policies and procedures adopted for the induction and training of trustees
There is no formal procedure for the Iraining of Trustees. We endeavour lo keep up to dale
on Charily Commission legislation.
There are three Iruslees at present who runs and controls the Charity with help of committee
elected by members each year and audrt team.
Relationship with other groups, charities, individuals
We have no related parties or subsidiaries. The Charity has an ongoing relationship with
olher groups and members which are good.

Details of significant activities including its main programme, projects or services
The Charity use to have smaller premises where we could not do all the activities it wanted
to. The Charity now has a large building which can be used to run many activities in a beller
environment and to raise money lo support its objectives.
The Charity has carried out the following activities in support of ils activities during the year..
Provided and arranged meetings, conferences and commemorations and provided
food at some of these events.,
Brought in people from outside the Charity, such as dO￿OrS. teachers, psychologist
to educate and help people.,
Provided breakfast for users of charity once every month to join with families,
Arranged a picnic to bring the communily together for a day of activities., and
Visileol both Turkish Embassy to inform them about objectives off IHH with a return to
have advise on them.
Visited Local Radio stations 'Cyprus Young Radio" to carry out a broadcasting to
make awareness of the Charity and people in need.
Visited Turkish Martyrdom in Portsmouth lo give our respect,
Helped people in different places of the world to ease their Sacrifi￿ for various forms
Helping people who has suffered in earthquake of Turkey
The Charlty's grant making policies
The Charity has not given any grants lo date nor has it sel out any policy yel. However, the
Trustees plan lo consider making grants in line with the Charity's objectives in the future.
Hen￿, trustee numbers are in the process of being increased as some education grant
bodies requires minimum of three trustees.
The contribution of volunteers
The contribution of volunteers is unaccountable as they have worked very hard using their
free time to achieve the Charity's objectives. The Charity has a board of Trustees, a Board
of members, an Audit Committee and a Discipline Committee all ofwhom are volunteers
who are elected once a year during Annual General Meeting.
3 - Achievements & Performance of the Charity:
A Summary of the main achievements of the Charity durlng the year
The Charity has organised many activities with limited resources and achieved most of ils
goals. The activities are listed in the above sections in this year also which added adivities
and seminars.
During Aid Festive season we have arranged to help people in Somalia and Gambia.
We have provided food packages lo those who is in need.
Qurbani Meal Project - distributing to poor people in Somalia
Ramadan Food Aid Project- distributing lo poor people in Somalia with the assistance
of Tamkin Foundation for social service.
Provided assistance to poor and needy people with health programme in Gambia.

Help people in Palestinian with food aids.
Other donations given to people in Bangladesh for water projects and people in Yemen
with food assistance.

Flnancial review of the position at the reporting date, 29 February 2024
The trustees consider the financial performance by the charity during the year to have been
satisfactory. Our principle funding sources are regular fund-raising aclivilies and the donations
made by members.
There has been deficit in the profil and loss account due to supporting our causes little more
and we are trying hard lo avoid this in future.
Investment policy and objectives
We do not have an inveslmenl policy. All our income, with the eX￿pIlOn of a small cash flow,
is reinvested in the charity for ils purposes. The money kept in the current account and
available all the times.
Specific changes in fixed assets
We have no large amount reseNes al present and money collected for donations purposes
donated to people who is in need in poor part of the world.

rurnover
Turnover is measured at the lair value ol the conssderalion received or receivable, nel ol discounts
and value added taxes. Turnciver includes revenue earned from the sale ol goods and from the
rendering of services. Turnover from the sale ol goods is recognised when the significant risks and
rewards ol ownership ol the goods have transferred lo the buyer. Turnover from the rendering ol
services is recognised by reference lo the stage ol completion ol the ¢onlra¢l. The stage ol
completion ol a contract is measured by comparing the ¢osls incurred lor work performed lo dale
lo the lolal eslimaled contract Costs.
Tangible lixed assets
Tangible lixed assets are measured al CDSt less accumulative depreciation and any accumulallve
impairment losses. Depreciation is provided on all tangible fixed assets, other than freehold land, al
rates calculated lo write oll the cost, less eslimaled residual value, ol each assel evenly over ils

between the recognition ol income and expenses in the financial statements and their inclusion in
lax assessmgnls. Unrelieved lax losses and other deferred lax assets are recognised only to the
exlenl that it is probable that they will be recovered against the reversal ol deferred lax liabilities or
olher lulure laxable profits. Deferred lax is measured using tha lax ral&s and laws that have been
enacted or substantively enacted by the reporting dale and that are expected lo apply lo the
