Having rebuilt the sports pavilion the Charities main aims are to - 

1. Manage the sports pavilion throughout the year 

2. Encourage participation in healthy recreation

## _Management of the pavilion_ 

The aims of the Charity were rendered almost impossible with the Covid pandemic and Government lockdowns.  Various grants were successfully applied for to help cover the pavilion running costs during this difficult year.

## **Structure, Governance and Management** 

The Charity is constituted as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation and currently has 7 trustees.  The Trustees have volunteered for the role and the constitution allows other trustees to be elected or co-opted. 

Appointed Trustees have been made aware of the need to run the Charity for public benefit. 

An executive committee has been appointed to look after the day to day management of the charity and the pavilion.
