I report to the charity trustees on m y exam ination of the accounts of the Com pany for the year ended 31 October 2020.

Responsibilities and basis of report

Asthe charity'strusteesofthe Com pany (and also itsdirectorsforthe purposesofcom pany law)you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirem ents of the Com panies Act 2006 ('the 2006 Act').

Having satisfied m yselfthatthe accounts ofthe Com pany are notrequired to be audited underPart16 ofthe 2006 Act and are eligible forindependentexam ination,Ireportin respectofm yexam ination ofyourcharity's accounts as carried outunder section 145 ofthe Charities Act2011 ('the 2011 Act').In carrying outm y exam ination Ihave followed the Directions given by the Charity Com m ission under section 145(5) (b) of the 2011 Act.

Basis of preparing the financial statem ents
