**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE RESIDENT IN KIMBLESWORTH AND NETTLESWORTH (COUNTY DURHAM) WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONONICALLY DISADVANTAGED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, UNEMPLOYMENT, ILL-HEALTH, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE.

**Activities:** The charity is used as a means to obtain and distribute funds which are used towards establishing and supporting local groups including a parent and toddler group ("Little Stars"), running a weekly volunteer  community cafe, as well as one-off local events such as a Christmas lunch and subsidised day trips for families.
