**Objects:** (1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.(2) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN FAITH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** We set out to help feed the poor on the Flowers Estate and elsewhere in Southampton by giving vouchers for them to buy food.  We also offer help to those needing support with debt problems, or needing furniture or white goods through SCRATCH (CC no 1078344) We also seek to bring hope to those caught up in addictions, that there is a way to become free from them.We pray with those who request it.
