TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC PRIMARILY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE SUBJECT OF TRAINING AND NUTRITION, INJURY PREVENTION AND RECOVERY, SWIMMING AND RUNNING TECHNIQUE, BICYCLE HANDLING AND MAINTENANCE.

**Activities:** intoTRI runs the world's first free triathlon event series. Removing social and financial barriers, our charity creates a strong network that empowers people of all ages and abilities to challenge themselves and take up regular exercise.
