**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PRESERVATION AND PROTECTION OF THE FORMER HEANOR GRAMMAR SCHOOL WHICH IS GRADE II LISTED WITHIN HEANOR, DERBYSHIRE, SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING LONG TERM, SUSTAINABLE AND APPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF THE BUILDING, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY.

**Activities:** Heanor Grammer School Action Group (HGSAG) is established to preserve and protect the  former Heanor Grammar School,  which is a Grade 2 listed building within Heanor, Derbyshire.  Currently we are maintaining public interest in what happens to the building through public meetings, social media posts, etc.
