The APM and APCM were held as hybrid meetings – attendees were in church and online. 

## **Minutes of the Annual Meeting of Parishioners (APM)** 

**Sunday 23[rd] April 2023** 

## **1. Appoint clerk to meeting** 

Andy Clasper was appointed. 

## **2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES** 

Irene Foxwell proposed the minutes for approval; Katy Coupe seconded; and the minutes were approved (all were in favour, with no abstentions). 

## **3. ELECTION OF CHURCH WARDENS** 

There was discussion as to who had put themselves forward: Stuart had indicated he was happy to continue; there were no other candidates. 

Stuart was thanked. Tom was also thanked for his support to Stuart in the role.

Tina Veasey, is unwell. Jen and Andy Houston were not able to be present. Thomas Hainsworth was not present. No others apologies declared.

## _a) Electoral Roll Report (Barbara)_ 

Numbers are up. Six new members during the last few weeks. 

81 on the roll 

14 non-resident 

Barbara will be resigning as Electoral Roll Officer. A new one will be elected at the next PCC. 

## _b) Approval of Accounts for 2022 / Finance Report (Graham)_

Regarding our representatives at Deanery Synod Louise will continue but more can be added.
