The existng board of directors has<br>stepped down to be replaced by a new<br>board comprised of industry experts,<br>performers and Clare’s family members.<br>Establishing this new board of trustees has<br>taken some tme, as has agreeing upon a<br>way forward in the absence of the artstc<br>director.  We are stll searching for at least<br>one board member with fnancial<br>experience. As a result of all this no public<br>actvites have takenplace.|
