I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3110312025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation
basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carying out my examination, I
have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
come to my attention (other than that disclosed below ") in connection with
the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of
the Act or
the accounts do not accord with the accounting records

We have continued a full programme of rcgyular
aclivilies for our mLmbers. contaLts £￿d IhLir

regular aLlivilies.
In OctobLr 2024. we wcrc delightcd to support
Ihe establishment of Newcastle (Denloii Burn)
Chrislddelphian Ecclcsia as an indcpLndLnl
CLclcsi4 rniher Ilian opcraling over two siles as
had been the case over the last few years.
Each Sunday w• now hold one
communion services for the worship of
God at our ecclesial hall, this sorvice is
also accessible via zoom. Also on a
Sunday, we ran several in person and
online Sunday school classes for
children of various ages. We continue to
hold a Sunday evening session for
visitors interested in hearing more
about the Bible
Regular mid-week activities included a
supplementary communion service, an
evening Bible Study Class and an
infornial Coffee Morning, and these
were held onlino throughout the year.
The Toddlers, Group and Junior Youth
Club restsrted this year.
Summary of the Main Activities
Undertaken for the Public Benefit in
Relation to these Objects
We continue to attract interest from Asylum
Seekers looking to praclise Christianity in a
safe and accepling environment and,
throughout the ycar, we ran a varicly of online
and in-person activities for our refugee contacts
and members including basic bible teaching
and more advanced bible study classes.
Our occasional activities, such as our Charity
Day and events for our young people continued
during the year.
Publications on Bible topics continue to be
freely available to anyone visiting our premises
and we havc a websile whiLh is kept up lo date
with upcoming events and bible relatcd
information.
We have conlinued to collecl donations from
members for variou5 Chrisladelphi(￿ and non-
Chrisladelphian charilies and various
emcrgcncy appLals.

Financial Review
Brief Statement of the Charity's Policy We endeavour to maintain funds which
