## CULLOMPTON ARTS HOUSE 

TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT, 2021 – 2022 

We continue to be affected by issues arising from the Covid Pandemic and although we have been more active in this period our numbers are greatly reduced, people are still reluctant to be involved in many predominantly indoor group activities and we have therefore been obliged to keep plans and activities to a minimum. 

Our current Management Committee comprises: 

Jo Turner, Graham Sessions, Annie Tildesley and Charlotte Wakefield. 

We are all Trustees, but have no specific dedicated roles…….Graham Sessions and Annie Tildesley are bank signatories, Graham holds the account card and is acting as Treasurer. Jo Turner continues to act as Secretary with Annie Tildesley assisting. 

We have no other committee members at present and a significantly reduced ‘Friends’ membership – this was ‘carried over’ because of the circumstances and re-commenced in July. 

The Annual General Meeting was held on May 11[th] , 2021 by zoom. Because of the Pandemic there has been a significant impact on the Arts House meeting cycle and in order to bring the AGM date back in line – with the correct timing in the financial year – this meeting was held some 2 months after the previous one. 

During this period we have purchased a gazebo and where possible we have run an outside stall to coincide with the monthly craft market, held in the grounds of The Walronds in the high street. 

Our main event of this year has been to hold a summer exhibition, at the Walronds, at the same time as the Cullompton Arts festival from Saturday 24[th] – 31[st] July. This was extremely successful, in the circumstances, with some 19 exhibitors and a good footfall for these times.
