The Company is a non-profit making company limited by guarantee that commenced trading on 28 February 2012, having been incorporated on the same date. It is also a registered charity.
It’s charitable objects are:

(1) for the public benefit the relief of sickness in men suffering with mental illness or stress by reason of anxiety, trauma, addiction and grief. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the provision of residential and non-residential retreats, support groups and mentors, and other therapeutic and support services in such ways as may be thought fit;

(2) the advancement of education by the provision of education and learning for the public benefit. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing this may include support of those wishing to undertake training in working with and supporting men suffering with stress, anxiety, trauma, addiction and grief and such other charitable education as the trustees shall determine from time to time.
The company has no employees and pays no salaries. Trustees and volunteers are entitled to claim a refund of expenses properly incurred in carrying out the activities of the company.
The main activities during the year were the running of retreats to promote the health and wellbeing of men.
The company receives donations from supporters.
In some cases the donor has specified that their donation is to be used for a specific purpose. The trustees regard these funds as designated funds.
