have adopted the provlslons of the Statement of Recommended Pr8Ctlce (50RP)
'Accounting and Reportlng by Charltle5: Statement of Recommended Practlce appllcable
to Cha￿tIeS preparlng thelr accounts in accordan￿ wlth the financlol Reporting Standard
appllcable In the UK and Republlc of Ireland (FRS 102) (effectlve l January 2019), In
preparlng the annual report and financial statements of the charlty. The flnanclal
statements have been prepared In accordance with the accountlng pollcies set out In note
i to the accounts and comply wlth the Charltles Aci 2011.

In support of these objects the Charfty recelved contrlbutlons from Vlneyard Churches UK
Ireland and donatlons from Its International partners mainly from the USA, Swltzerland,
Holland, New Zealand, Canada, Chlle, Scandlnavla, South Afrlca and Kenya.
In thelr executSon, the objects of the Charlty are expressed in specfjflc and practical ways
descrfbed below and as such, the applicatlon of Its resources are slmllarly displayed In the
flnanclal statements.
The Vlneyard movement is growlng worldwlde, wlth churches now est8bllshed In countr
on slx continents. Increaslnglyi the Vlneyard churches wlthln a country are comlng
together to form natlonal Associations of Vlneyard Churches (AVCS). eath led by Its ow
natlonal leadershlp.
Vlneyard Global exlsts to brlng together those AVCS, and Is Itself an assoclatlon. Through
Its Council, Its Leaders, Leadershlp Team and Trustees, Its purpose Is to provlde guldance,
support and resources to the Vineyard movement as it emerg&s, thrives and grows across
the world.
John Mumft>rd Is employed as Vlneyard Global Leader. HIS role Is to promote the overall
v151on of the Intematlonal family of Vineyard Churches to fuirti the Great Commission of
Jesus Chrfst glven to hls dlsclples to go and make dlsclples of all natlons by plantlng new
churches In the nations. Our deep convlctlon Is that churches plant churches, and so our
prlmary mlsslons actlvlty around the world Is the establlshment of new churches
expresslng the values of the Vlneyard.

This year the company's focus has been on the appolntment of a new Vlneyard Global
Leader, followlng John Mumford's Intentlon to step down from the role in 2026. Much of
the effort In 2025 was devoted to following a rigorous recnjitment proce55, Offers of
employment were made to John and Debby Wrlght, currently the National Dlrectors of the
UK and Ireland, each of whlch has been accepted, as the new Vineyard Global Leaders,
this will be initially for two and a hair days a week.
The Charity deslres and wlll work towards planting Kingdom of God-centred, healthy
churches and culturally relevant Wineyard Churches that in turn plant other churches,
where those Vineyards gmw to the polnt where they can become Natlonal Vlneyard
Assoclatlons.
The plantingi developlngl and releaslng of Vlneyard Churches worldwide wlll lead to
changlng the culture and to belng more outwardly focused.
The Vlneyard MoveTnent Is giowlng wtth a sense of unity and calling amongst the Natlonal
Dirertor5 who forni the Wineyard Global Council. There is a recognltlon thatwe are entering
a new and excltlng phase of development, and need to look forwards to thc future,
especlally In the areas of structure and fvnding. What has sustalned us thls far wlll simply
not be enough to carry us forward Into the future.
We know that ¥Ye face complex and challenging issues acros5 dlfferent and dlverse
natlonal cultures, as we increase in size, and the number of AVCS multiply. We take very
seriously our responslblllty to steward the 'sacred trtjgt, whlth we believe God has glven
to us In the Vineyard. It is for us in our generation to faithfully protect and to hand on this
trust to those that follow.
The appolntment of new leaders has brought into focus the need for addltlonal fundlng for
the charity. To thi5 end a fundraising d￿ve was launched wlth a lunch tor potential donors
In September. Thls was success￿1 and Is beginning to bear frult wlth donatlons comlng In.
Thls event wlll be repeated In 2026, tDgether with further communlcatlon wlth the exlstlng
AVCS to ensure thelr contlnued 2% commltment to the charlty.
FollowSng the National Dlrectors. meetlng In Tavlra, Portugal, In March 2a25 several key
decisions were made.
The By-laws of Vineyard Global were approved by the Councll and rernitted to each
AVC for their national leaders and trustees to revlew and comment on. The AVCS
will apptsint trustees whose role will be to Ilaise wlth Vlneyard Global on behalf of
the AVC.
The Councll recognlsed the challenges that lie ahead In drawlng together around
1,500 churches calling themselves 'vlneyard' bul who are not yet affiliated to an
AVC. Two meetings have taken place In the year to begin the work of addre5s1ng
thls challenge; flrstly to revlew plans and to agree proposals before formulatlng an
actlon plan to present at the Vineyard Global Councll meetlng In March 2026.

The Vlneyard Global Coundl Trust Is the legal charltable entity based In the Unlted
Klngdom and Is responsible for the management of Vlneyard Global Councll assets
finances, and legal matters, to ensure allgnment and compllano wlth charltable law and
gnod practlce.
The tvu$tees have committed to recrult new trustees to bolster the board in 2026, and to
provlde more Internatlonal representatlon. Four potential ne¥v trustees have been
Identlfied and have been Invited to future meetlngs as observers.
The trustees met ten tSme5 durlng the year.
We have a fnrmal rtsk management process to assess buslness and operatlonal rlsks and
implement rlsk management strategles in order to mlnlmlse the effects of these. Thls
Involves Identlfylng major stratsglc, operatlonal and flnanclal rlsks to whlch the Charlty Is
exposed. priorltislng them in terms of impèct and likellhood of occurren￿. Systems have
been establlshed to mlnlmlse such rlsks. The action plans are revlewed at least annually,
in order to identlfy new risks and review existing strategies. usual￿ when new projects
are undertaken durlng the year a rlsk anatysls wlll be done Pflor to commencement.
The Trustees have carried out a risk assessment as part of thelr responslbilities.
The maln rlsk that the charlty faces Is lack or short fall ofdonatlons. Slnce the maln source
of Income is from the Associatlon5 gf Vlneyard Churches (AVCS) around the world, a more
dlrert approach Is belng taken to Identlfy the amounts of thelr planned glfts and thelr
tlming. More proactlve frjllow up w151 ensure the promised donatlons are recelved as
planned. However, further donatlons from other sources are required to maintaln the
charlty, and the trustee5 are attlvely seeking out addltional donatlons, fflitigatlng the risks
that the charlty faces.
The settlng of pay and remuneratlon for key management personnel Is arrlved at by
looking at equivalent roles In the local communlty such as the headmaster of a large
comprehenslve school or within the charltable settor.
The Charlty does a detalled annual budgèt for finantial control purposes, against which It
reports the actual monthty flgures. In addltlon, a long-term plan is kept under review and
covers a perlod of at least flve years, primarlly in descriptive terms. The Trustee5 are
aware of "The Hallmarks" of a well-run charity and seek to Nn thls Charlty In attordance
wlth them.
Aetlvltles and Achl•voments for thq perlod
When plannlng the actlvltles for the year, the Trustees have complled wlth the duty In
sectlon 4 of the Charlties Act 2011 to refer to the ￿JbI1C Beneflt gUIdan￿ published by the
Charfty Commlsslon, and In partlcular, the speclflc guldance on charities for the
vancement of rellgion.

In Februaryi June and December, the Vlneyard Global Leader rn¥t v¥lth the Vlneyard Global
Leader5hlp Team In the US.
In March the Natlonal Dlrectors met In Tavlra, Portugal, where Important declslons were
rnade regardlng the Structu￿ including the new by-laws and the development of the
Intemational Vlneyard movement over the next decade.
Relatlonships are growing well both amongst reglonal groups and the ND5 group as a
whole, wlth Natlonal Directols Visitlng and supporting one another and collaboratlng In
makin9 plan5.
Addltlonal funding has been received from Vineyard USA totalllng £123.516 to cover the
shortfall In the finan￿S for the year. The trustees are extremely grateful for thelr
geiierosity.
John Murnford will reslgn, with effèct from 215t August 2026 from hls role as Global Leader.
as will Eleanor Numford from her voluntary role as Internatlonal Co-ordinator. Succewrs
have been appointed with a month's cross over.

durlng the prevlous yejr and the 2% contrlbutlons recelved from the AVCS. The charlty
should keep reserves to.,
To enable the Charity to lund the Global Leaderfs employment contract on a rolllng
monthly basls.
To hold sufflclent working funds for the Core level of Vlneyard Global attlvltles, for
up to four months. Such core activitles are those that speclflcally relate to the
admlnlstratlon of the tharlty that enable the baslc functlons to contlnue.
Reserve5 have remained statlc durlng the year.
However. the trustee5 are aware of rhe current ￿ndIng shortages In the charlty.
Vineyard USA wlll contlnue to provlde funds for the charity. together wlth addltlonal
contributlon, over ènd above their 2%. VCUKI, In addltlon to thelr 2%, wlll dedicate the
offerlng at thls year's UK Natlonal Leaders Conference to the work of Vlneyard Global,
thereby generatlng sufflcient funds to meet the needs of the company in 2026.
Therefore. In Itght of the above comments, the trustees have a reasonable expectatl¢)n
that the charty will have adequate resources to contlnue In existence for a perfod of 12
months from the date of approval of the flnanclal statements and therefore hwrfe prepared
the flnancial statements on a golng concern basis.

seconded from Central Northampton Vineyard.
Structure Governance and M•nagement

The cotnpany was registered on 26 November 2014 and glven charfjtablè status on
29 September 2015.
The Memorandurn and Artlcles of A550ciatlon govem Vlneyard Global Trust Limited. The
Tnjstees typically meet at least three tlme5 a year; with one meeting Includlng an AGM.
Such trustees are appolnted in line wlth the Memorandum and Artlcles of Assodatlon.
Normally they would be indlvlduals who are Voluntee￿ ot the Lhariry and are chosen bDth
ror thelr understandlng of the objects of the Charity as well as thelr professlonal expertlse.
Day to day managernent Is dele9ated to the Chalmian, along with paid staff and
volunteer5, who implement the objects and execute the admlnistratlon of the Charfty
under delegated authorityt 50 that all decisions may be ratified by the full Board. The
Board is kept infomed by regular monthly reports.
The training of new Trustees takes place by a short Inductlon pmgramme of explaining
the role of a dlrectorltrustee and typlcally as an observer at two meetings. They are given

The Charity constitutes a public beneflt entlty as defined by FRS 102. The financlal
ststements have beon prepared In accordancÈ with Accountino and Reportlng by
Charities: Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) 'Accountlng and Reporting
by Charftles.. Statement of Recommended Practlce applicable to charitie5 preparing
thelr accounts In accordan￿ wlth the Financial Reporting Standard appllcable in the
UK and Republlc of Ireland {FRS 102) (effectlve l January 20191. in preparing the
annual report and financial statements of the charity. The financial statements have
been prepared in accordance wlth the accountlng pollcles set out In note I to the
accounts and comply wlth the CharlLl¢¥ Act 2011.
Due to the level of cash and unrestrtcted reseNes held the trustees consider that
there are no material uncertalntles about the Charlty's abllity to contlnue a5 a golng
concem.
Funds Accountlng
All funds have been analysed Into thelr dlfferent types, namely unrestriLted funds,
which are not sub]ett to any special restricuons, and they can be used as the
Trustees decide. Restricted funds are where the donor has Imposed restrlctlons on
how the fund may be used, but whlch do not prevent the fund being spent.

Donatlons and tithes are credlted to the financial ststements a5 re￿Ived. The value
of services provided by volunteers has not been included in these accounts.
c. Resource$ Expended
