2. Structure and Governance

3. Objectives and Activities
The primary objective of the Trust is to support a charity or charitable causes within Yorkshire through the distribution of funds. During the year, the Trust focused on identifying and funding initiatives aligned with its mission.
4. Achievements and Performance
In the year ending 30 September 2024, the Trust received donations totaling £109,208 and interest income of £551. It disbursed £128,062 in donations in accordance with its objectives and incurred £4,083 in insurance and marketing expenses.
All donations received by the Trust are generated from two fundraising events each year.
The Trust continues to make a positive impact through its charitable contributions.
5. Financial Review
Total receipts for the year amounted to £109,758, while total payments were £132,146. This resulted in a net payment of £22,388, however the Trust carried forward cash funds of £49,578 from the previous financial year.
The Trust has carried forward cash funds of £27,190 this financial year which will be distributed to a charity or charitable causes in line with the Trust’s objectives.
The Trust maintains a prudent approach to financial management to ensure sustainability.
6. Public Benefit Statement
The Trustees confirm that they have complied with the duty in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due regard to the Charity Commission’s general guidance on public benefit. The activities undertaken during the year have demonstrably contributed to the public benefit.
