discretion to rnvÈstthe fvnds ofthe Trust.. no cesln"clions are pla(￿ on these powers. The Trustees, for the
selection of investments for the chafity is to seek to achi8ve a balance between incomo and capital growth.

Twslees have deuded lo maintain the levd of reserves for the coming years.

consider rt appropriate to allow funds to aceumulate.
